Taking inspiration from nature with a focus on positive energy. All materials that I use are natural, there existence and feel is timeless, ethical and pure. The craftsmanship is rudimentary to reflect the natural materials. The colors create warmth and energy. Here is a small selection.
Artistic Works
A small collection of my artistic works ranging from acrylic to photography. My art centers around the self, the soul and the world in which we inhabit. The relation between these elements help me create a medium of expression filled with energy. Each image is explained once selected.
Modern Physical Art
These physical modern works depict the inner chaos of our daily modern lives; from the loud atmosphere of inner cities, to the never ending letters and words that make up the news and finally to the trapped cycles of modern work and life.
Art Therapy & Montessori Methods
From helping children with confidence and intellectual growth, and employing methods of Montessori- art in itself is a medium of remedy, combined with positive energy it can be a tool of positive psychology, communication and therapy that can greatly impact our existence for the better. We can learn through creativity, positivism and diversity. I have been leading and teaching art in Swedish schools for over 25 years.

Hello, I am Trifa Anwar, an international artist from Gothenburg, Sweden and a teacher of art therapy and theory for over 25 years. Expression is a key factor of my personality, all the work I do is a reflection or reaction of nature itself, humanity and the world in which we live.
I design jewellery using only natural and precious ethical stones and jewels. In addition, I create modernist artistic pieces including fine art, physical art and photography.
My work is a medium of energy and belief, and in return its is my duty to help others along the way. With positive energy infused in my work, I aim to assist culture, society and world through the remedy of art and the humanity of art as a tool of knowledge and education.
I manage a non-profit organization called “Art Aim” that helps to raise funds through art, to promote education for disabled children in the Middle East. During the years I have participated in numerous exhibitions and galleries.
